Terms and Conditions! (PLEASE READ) [1] No Payment = No Order + Blacklisted applies to everyone
[2] Neither cancelling nor changing of orders is allowed here
[3] No refund will be done unless item is OOS or Spree Cancelled
[4] I am not liable for any mistakes (lost/damaged/wrong items) made by seller. But I'll try to prevent it
[5] I am not liable for any lost of cash or goods in and out of Singapore
[6] Don't ever join spree when you can't wait (2 weeks - 2 months)
[7] Never ask me when the items will arrive, i can't predict
[8] Payment must be in within 48 hours after posting of orders
[9] Use the Buy Price (直接購買價) for all taiwan sprees
[10] No ordering of $1 bidding item (1元起標) will be allowed
[11] Any delay in seller's side shall not be blamed on spree organiser
[12] Local Postage Fee is a fixed rate inclusive of all charges
[13] Items must be collected within 2 weeks after items arrived
[14] The additional 3% fee is for transferring/sending money to seller
[15] Spree might be extended for at most 1 week if insufficient order
[16] Refund, If any, will only be made after spree items arrived
[17] If Singpost impose 7% taxes on us, you're required to topup too (So far have not experience it)

Group A - Apparels (Upper Body EXCLUDING Jacket and Jean material): $3.90
Group B - Apparels (Lower Body / Jacket / Jean Material): $4.50
Group C - Accessories (Only for those in Accessories sprees, Maple Syrup etc): $1.80
Group D - Accessories ( Those not in Accessories sprees): $2.40
Group E - Heavy Accessories (Belt, Shawl): $2.90
Group F - Bags: $5.50
Group G - Shoes: $6.00
Collection Mode! 1. Meetup @ Admiralty MRT
Normally is Wednesday & Saturday, time between 3pm-5pm
(Subject to changes according to owner's free time)
2. Postage (Normal/Registered)
We recommend you to opt for Registered Postage, which is safer
Till now, although we've not experienced any lost of Local Postage
We will NOT be liable for any lost of postage
Postage will all be sent through Singpost service

Local Postage Fee! * Local Postage Fee is a fixed charge
** Inclusive of postage fee, stationery fee and transportation fee
Group A, B, E: $2 for the first item and $0.50 additional charge for each item after that
Group C, D: $0.50 for the first item and $0.30 for each item after that
Group E: $3.50 per item
Group F: No postage available
The above charges are for Normal Postage, Please add $2.24 more for Registered Postage
We do not mail out anything more than 2kg as of Singpost's Terms and Conditions
Spree Process Flow! 1) Place order(s) by e-mail us at admin@helloha-x
2) Wait for our confirmation slip which contain instruction on making payment
** This will be replied within 36 hours, please resend if you fail to receive any reply
3) Make payment within 2 days after receiving our confirmation slip
4) Inform us when you've made payment
5) Wait for spree to close (there will be a closing date for every spree)
** Our sprees require NO capping, all closes after 1 week after it is opened
6) Restocking period which normally range from 7 to 30 working days
** Meanwhile, check back our site for latest updates on it
7) Seller will ship out after all items is ready, shipping will take around 1 week to reach Singapore
8) Helloha-x receive the parcel and will sort them out
9) Mass e-mail with details will be sent to all participants of the spree
10) Arrange for collection (Meetup/Postage)
